I went to the clinic for a root canal on one of my back teeth after having pain while eating and drinking. Dr. Saqib checked the tooth first and explained that the nerve was affected and a root canal was needed. He explained the steps before starting, including the cleaning and filling of the tooth. The procedure took some time, but I did not feel much pain during it. I also had a follow-up visit to make sure everything was healing properly. Overall, the experience was much better than I expected.

From the consultation to the actual extraction, Dr. Saqib explained everything clearly and walked me through each step, which was very reassuring for someone who has hated going to the dentist since childhood 🥲The extraction was quick and painless, and they provided all the necessary medications and aftercare instructions. My swelling subsided after about 5 days, and by the second week, I was back to eating normally and my usual routine.The staff were also very friendly, and the clinic was one of the cleanest and most hygienic I’ve seen during my year in Karachi. They even followed up afterward to make sure everything was healing properly.I definitely didn’t want to go back to the dentist 😂, but Dr. Saqib was so nice that I went for the follow-up—and after 2 weeks, everything was back to normal!Now I’m back in Dubai, happily enjoying my shawarma and baklava again 🤣❤️Thank you, Dr. Saqib and the whole team, for such a pleasant experience. Had to get one of my back teeth removed because it had been giving me trouble for quite some time. I was honestly quite nervous about the extraction, especially because it was a molar.Dr. Saqib checked it and explained that extraction was the better option. The procedure was actually much quicker than I expected. I felt pressure during the extraction but no real pain. I had some soreness afterwards, which was expected, but it settled down over the next few days.What I liked was that Dr. Saqib didn't rush through the appointment. He explained what I needed to do after the extraction and what to avoid for the first couple of days.Overall, a much easier experience than I had imagined. Glad I finally got the tooth sorted instead of putting it off.
